Community Involvement

Golding is committed to strengthening the communities in which we live and work by extending the benefits of our success to those in need. We seek to develop sustainable relationships with these communities by supporting local charities and programs targeted towards community development.

In particular, Golding is a strong supporter of the Gladstone community and maintains important links with many of the key community groups. Golding has donated and built sports fields for two Gladstone high schools, contributed to the education of local children with the provision of classroom facilities and contributed significantly to the senior community with construction of a number of Gladstone retirement villages. Golding regularly sponsors local shows, musicals, events, sporting clubs and individual athletes representing Queensland and Australia.

Golding's philosophy is that we are guests within the community and we take great pleasure in contributing to and supporting the communities that have helped to shape our business.
