Golding has been involved in the development of Queensland’s resources for more than 67 years. We maintain long term relationships with major Gladstone area companies including a four-decade partnership with QAL (Queensland Alumina Limited), and ongoing, long-running relationships with major infrastructure works with BSL (Boyne Smelter Limited expansion project), Queensland Rail and the Yarwun Alumina Refinery (previously Comalco Alumina Refinery). Golding owns and maintains a large fleet of modern heavy earthmoving and mining equipment. The comprehensive Golding fleet has enabled Golding to respond quickly to demands for increased productivity, delivering outcomes to our civil and mining clients. Where civil projects have required large volumes of earthmoving, Golding has used units from our mining fleet to deliver substantial efficiency gains for our clients.

Our National Safety Council of Australia Award speaks for itself - recognising two million work hours free of Lost Time Injury over 19 project sites involving mining, civil construction and civil maintenance.
Golding operates an integrated business system and project control environment. This integrated system provides an effective yet simple and stable way of managing and controlling projects and the business as a whole. Golding’s project cost and reporting system is now fully integrated via the SAP ERP, which incorporates finance, HR/payroll and EAM applications.
Our head office is in Gladstone, Queensland's industrial hub and gateway to the booming central Queensland resource sector and the world-renowned Bowen Basin coalfields. Golding provides civil services to every major industrial site in the Gladstone area.
