Agency protocol

Golding partners with a small number of preferred agencies to assist us in our search for capable people.

These preferred agencies have clearly demonstrated to us that they understand our business requirements, our culture and strictly comply with our agency protocols.  Our preferred agencies also have a strong record of engaging in professional and ethical recruitment practices.

We have current terms of business in place with our preferred agencies and their performance and conduct is monitored.

We do not accept or recognise applications from agencies unless they have preferred agency status and current terms of business in place.
