Sunstate Cement Clinker Shed Extension
 Due to its proximity to the Brisbane River at Fisherman's Island close attention was required to manage the water table around the project. Golding undertook the installation of the fully maintained dewatering system, excavations and sheetpiling to ensure the structural integrity of adjacent structures during the works. The project consisted of major ground improvement CSM Piling, driven precast concrete piles, retaining walls, a cut and cover tunnel, earthworks/drainage works and bund construction.
Clover Hill Water Reservoir
 Golding designed and constructed a 30ML potable water reservoir for Gold Coast Water. With a diameter of 63m and height of 10.5m, this water storage facility supplements the supply for the growing districts of Robina, Mudgeeraba and Reedy Creek.
Golding utilised an innovative pre-cast, tilt-up design developed and used successfully on a previous 53ML project in Gladstone.
Helensvale Water Reservoir
 Golding designed and constructed a second potable water reservoir for Gold Coast Water at Helensvale. The 20ML, 12m high reservoir was constructed as a post-tensioned, precast, tilt-up structure with a steel roof supported on internal columns. The project was successfully completed in a local community residential area, approx 2 months ahead of schedule.
Harbour Town Shopping Centre
 The expansion of the Harbour Town shopping Centre involved the four structures forming the western extension to the existing shopping centre. This included the removal of the existing carpark surfaces, pad foundations, reinforced concrete ground slabs, precast tilt up wall panels, structural steel columns and roof supporting metal decks.
