Coomera Foreshore Residential Community
The Foreshore development is a multi-stage sub-division perched on the western bank of the Coomera River at the northern fringe of the Gold Coast. Golding have been contracted to deliver the first three stages concurrently along with peripheral civil works allowing for the significant increase in use of the area’s service networks.
Once completed, Foreshore will provide approximately 500 residential homes in a community-minded coastal setting, with public amenities and open spaces connecting residents to neighbouring estuaries and wetlands.
Having commenced work in late 2017, Golding has delivered over 300 residential allotments across 10 civil stages.
The scope of works completed to date includes significant bulk earthworks and retaining walls across a sloping site; treatment and management of large volumes of potential acid sulphate soils; directional drilling for trunk sewer under a sensitive wetland eco system; and construction of a regional sewer pump station.
