Gainsborough Greens
Gainsborough Greens is a master planned community by Mirvac that on completion will provide more than 2,200 homes in residential villages alongside future retail and recreation amenities. Over 65% of the development is dedicated to open spaces that include, conservation areas; a golf course; parklands; sports ovals and constructed wetlands.
Golding commenced work on the project late 2014 with construction of the Forest Green Precinct, a golf front development.
Golding has delivered all earthworks and civil works on the development since arriving on site. Our completed and current contracts include construction of over 1250 residential lots and 3 commercial lots over 11 contracts.
