Stockland’s Gold Coast developments

Since 2010, Golding has been carrying out the progressive rollout of residential subdivision works for Stockland Development across 5 of their communities in the Gold Coast region under a rolling annual term contract.

Works occur simultaneously across sites to achieve best use of resources, to minimise overheads and to return considerable savings to the client.  This arrangement was the first of its kind for both Stockland and Golding. Grouping the projects together to form a super-contract has efficiencies and savings for both parties.

To date Golding has delivered 58 stages and in excess of 1,200 lots in the greater Gold Coast region. The works include earthworks, roadworks and underground services on the following projects

• Observatory, Reedy Creek
• Riverstone Crossing, Maudsland
• Highland reserve, Upper Coomera
• Ormeau Ridge, Ormeau
• Vale, Waterford
• Stone Ridge, Narangba
• Freshwater Estate, Griffin

Both parties have benefitted significantly from this ongoing and productive relationship.  Works have occurred simultaneously across the sites with well established teams that have allowed for increased coordination that has resulted in and allowed Golding to be in a position to remain constantly flexible to Stockland’s development and sales priorities across the sites.
