Sunland’s townhouse portfolio – civil component

Golding have been responsible for the civil works associated with townhouse and freehold subdivision lots on various developments on the Gold Coast for listed property developer Sunland Group. Golding works closely with the client and their consultants to deliver civil infrastructure works that tie in with their sales priorities, program drivers and timeframes.

On a recommendation, Golding was called in at late notice to assist Sunland in 2009 with the successful completion of ‘The Parc’ development, Tugun. From the achievements on this site, Golding has completed works to the value of up to $6 million per annum for Sunland, delivering approximately 500 townhome sites over the past four years.

The typical works include site clearing, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, drainage and underground services, road construction, and roadworks for the development of townhomes with between 60 and 80 dwellings per development site.

Golding has worked with Sunland to provide early access to townhome lots for their builders to commence town house construction.  This has allowed Sunland to accelerate completion of the project and return on their investment.
