The Heights
The Heights Residences is a master planned development that on completion will provide 900 homes and 6 parklands over an area of 105 hectares in Pimpama, Gold Coast.
Golding was engaged late 2014 and has completed all earthworks and civil works on the site.
The scope of works includes in excess of 1.6M cubic metres of bulk earthworks in hard rock which required extensive ripping with large dozers, drill and blast and processing of oversize particles.
Other significant scope items include; tunnelling of two trunk sewer mains across Pacific Motorway and Queensland Rail corridors, construction of 2 new signalised intersections, construction of high pressure booster pump station, and diversion of existing 600mm diameter trunk water main.
