Sovereign Pocket
In late 2016, Golding was engaged by Stockland Development to continue construction of its existing master planned residential community development at Deebing Heights, Sovereign Pocket. To date Golding have completed bulk earthworks and civils for 11 stages which has delivered 184 allotments.
Golding have taken a collaborative and transparent approach in all dealings with Stockland and their partners. This has transpired in the formation of strong and productive relationships that have been to the mutual benefit of all parties and the project.
Our intimate knowledge of the project and Stockland’s deliverables have enabled us to provide certainty of delivery, and resulted in our site teams being recognised on numerous occasions for their ability to go above and beyond to deliver the best outcomes for the project. This understanding also extends to the local authorities (ICC & QUU), Stockland’s consultants and sales team and the Sovereign Pocket community.
